With pressure mounting over Valverde at Camp Nou, the ex-Spurs manager, Mauricio Pochettino has popped up to be a potential candidate.
What’s the story?

Several stories emerged from the Spanish press over the weekend regarding valverde’s future.

One of the candidate, according to RAC1, is ex-Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino.
The Argentine has been out of work since his unceremonious sacking by Spurs in November.
Pochettino had previously stated that he would never consider taking the Barça job due to his previous role at rivals Espanyol.
Given his ties to their rivals Espanyol, insisting that “before being a manager, being loyal is more important.”
“I am so clear. I am never going to be manager of Barcelona or Arsenal because I am so identified with Tottenham and Espanyol,” he said in January 2018.
But the Camp Nou hierarchy are reportedly ready to make an offer to the Argentine tactician in the coming days.
